I am not one to rush time, but truly 2020 has not been a banner year for anyone has it? Well, maybe for a few politicians, Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk but aside from those chosen few we can maybe all agree that it’s time to bid adieu to 2020 and welcome 2021 with open arms. Hopefully good things are in store for everyone.
Consistent with past years since starting The Kitchen Scout in 2014, I am ending the year with a post that compiles all the entries from 2020. With the exception of a few pre-pandemic restaurant outings, most of the posts were recipes or musings from quarantine that I’m glad I wrote if only to memorialize what a strange time we have been living through this year.
Wishing you all the best for health and happiness in 2021! See you on the flip side! And as always, thank you so much for continuing to follow along xo.
