The past two weeks have been jam packed. I'm sure you are in the same boat. Between my daughter's oral surgery that has resulted in a lengthy recovery period and many events that all decided to fall within a week or so of each other, I hope you understand that the blog took a back seat this week. Arghh. But wait! Instead of a new recipe or restaurant review, I am going to do a little archive dive to give you some ideas for dishes to make this Memorial Day weekend when I hope you have some fun planned with your family and/or friends. It's the unofficial start of Summer so it's time to celebrate. Here we go...
